Repeat

Repeat area in an PLE arranged classroom is an opportunity to re-learn information or use old information in a new way.  What exactly is an engaged classroom? How do you measure engagement? Can this be something as simple as giving a worksheet and making sure students are "on-task" and quiet? The Target PLE strand is important step in releasing more control to the students. Teachers relish control. So releasing your control to students can be a scary step, but with the PACE activities this should be a breeze and students will become the masters in tracking their own progress and success.  Use a repeat strategy to keep students engaged.

PLE Strategy: Target

Target PLE practice means you are creating engaging lessons, helping stuents develop and adjust goals, and sharing the unit learning map with your students.

Essential Questions to guide you:

•How can I make reading stations a dynamic and engaged atmosphere?

•What classroom strategies can I update  to help students measure their own goals?

•Are learning maps and contracts the right personalized learning guide to ensure students are tracking their mastery?
